How Dehydration is related to Many Back Pain Problems Throughout the years, the majority of people have experienced back pains before. It be from something known like a car accident or from something that is unknown. If the person does not know why they are experiencing back pain they can make some changes in their daily routine and see how it effects their back and if the pain subsides. One of the issues that could be causing this pain is dehydration. Many people do not realize how water places a major role when dealing with the spinal cord.
